No matter what kind of specialized vehicle you are having towed, whether it is a bus, dirt bike, golf cart, or hot rod, the procedure for making arrangements to have it towed is almost exactly the same. Contact us at least two weeks before the date that you want to have the vehicle picked up. You will need to submit towing forms, a copy of the vehicle’s registration, and usually also proof of insurance. If you are making arrangements to tow a vehicle you have just purchased, we will need proof of purchase from both the buyer and the seller, so that we can prove that it legally belongs to you. When you call us, we will ask you for some information about yourself, the specialized vehicle, and the specifics of the towing job, and we will repeat it back to you verbally to make sure we got it right. After that, we will send you a confirmation email containing all the details of the towing reservation. If you need to make any corrections, just send them in a reply to the email. We will send you a corrected confirmation. After that, we will send another confirmation, which you can choose to receive by mail or by text message. We will send additional confirmations before we pick up the vehicle, and we will call you when our driver is on the way to make the pickup. 

Our modern equipment utilizes the latest technology – the LCG™ (Low Center of Gravity) series of flatbed car carriers from Miller Industries. The LCG™ series has a deck height that is 5” lower than conventional flatbeds. This creates a lower load angle, making the LCG ideal for loading low-clearance vehicles or equipment. Our air ride suspension unit can also deflate its rear suspension, achieving an even lower load angle with its LCG flat bed.
